The purpose of an internship within SRDA is to address the transitional phase between academic education and professional practice. Recognising the disparity that often exists between classroom learning and the demands of the real architectural world, an internship program is designed to bridge this gap and provide students with an immersive experience that better equips them for a successful career in the field. Young designers will be exposed to the core of the profession and be trained to think creatively with a strong professional culture and ethic.

The internship program will involve participation in a range of professional design activities including ideation and research, drawing, design development, model making, client presentations, and site visits. Hardworking and self-motivated interns are welcome to send us their curated portfolio and resume, along with a short note outlining their goals, expectations and motivations towards the field of design.
